James Vosotas – Company Owner Behind David Whitney Transformation A hotelier from Miami, Florida, James Vosotas has owned and managed hotels across the country, in addition to launching an investment platform that invests in short-term, luxury vacation rentals. James Vosotas was instrumental in transforming Detroit’s David Whitney Building in the downtown area.
